Tip 15 ~ Do you want to cut back on your coffee consumption? I have this love/hate relationship with coffee. I love coffee but my adrenals do not always care for it, so I decided to cut back a “little.” I use half coffee and half dandelion coffee. I know what you are thinking…strange, but let me tell you, it is very tasty and healthy too. Eventually you can wean yourself off of coffee all the way if you want to. Ask me about it ;)
