Pineapple Smoothie

1 cup water

1 cup frozen pineapple

1 tbsp maca powder

2 tbsp hemp seeds

1-2 tbsp hemp protein powder

1 handful spinach

1 handful kale

Add all ingredients to a blender until smooth.

Iron, Vitamin A and C and more

Breakfast Pudding & Smoothies

Raspberry Smoothie

Add all of the ingredients to a blender until smooth. Enjoy!

1 cup of water or almond milk

1 ½ cups frozen raspberries

1 bunch of spinach or swiss chard

1 small handful of almonds

1 tbsp of maca powder

1 tsp of vanilla extract

1 tbsp of coconut sugar

Put banana, cinnamon, vanilla, and water into blender. Pour the blended mixture over chia seeds, mix, and leave to soak for about 15-30 minutes.  Enjoy with fruit, chopped nuts or hemp seeds!

Chia Seed Pudding

4 tbsp chia seeds

1 banana or any other fruit you prefer

1 tsp cinnamon

½ tsp vanilla

½ to ¾ cup water
